Update the driver for your video card. The first place to look for current drivers is the card manufacturer's website.
If that doesn't work, unfortunately, it won't work with that video card.
It will say pixel format not accelerated.
Its usually because the graphics drivers are outdated or they do not support required OpenGL support to run Minecraft. Or invalid memory allocation, if you set any Java arguments in your Profile Settings, please remove them.
First step would be to update/install graphic card drivers. Then check if your color depth is 32 bit. If that does not help, I have no idea.

Try updating your video card so your pixel format works smoother
There is no system for Minecraft that only has the minecraft colors that can help you make the pixel art.
To convert a video to the yuv420p pixel format using ffmpeg, you can use the following command: ffmpeg -i inputvideo.mp4 -pixfmt yuv420p outputvideo.mp4 This command will convert the input video to the yuv420p pixel format and save it as the output video in mp4 format.
No
Technically all games have pixels in them, but yes, Minecraft is known for its 'pixelated' graphic style.
Minecraft is playable on the computer, by default unless you changed the settings. I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean to change the textures, you can install a texture pack. This changes the textures (or pixels) on the blocks (tools, etc.) giving Minecraft a whole new look. Just copy and paste the texture pack folder in the texture pack folder in Minecraft.
