What do you do if you've been having chest pains for 2 weeks and went to the hospital because you thought you were having a heart attack and they took blood and ekg and said you pulled a chest muscle?

That happend to me once ---I woke up from sharp pains in the left side of my chest and every time i moved it got worse and i starting sweating and i had trouble breathing and i was so scared to move. I thought I was having a minor heart attack- --i never went to the docotrs office but i told my cousin --she works in a hospital and she said i had an anixety attack and the best thing to do is take a hot shower or bath and then lay down --take it easy the rest of the day.
