call the local vet after the first is born. Because most strays have puppies pree-maturly wich means most die. but if it is pree mature it will have a wierd egg shaped bubbe around it, so the best you can do is try to cut the sac with a stick, because the egg is filled with water so if not out early enough it will drown.

∙ 13y agoyou should go get a parent right away and they will come and take care of the situation. your parents will probably put a picture up so the people who own the dog can come pick him or her up. and here's a tip if you get a old blanket so you can rap up the puppies that the dog has so the puppies can stay warm.
