If you get a prompt that says Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA), it indicates that some of the software you loaded is failing the Windows authenticity check.

i am having a problem with my computer. it shows a message like "You may be a victim of software counterfeiting" . how do i solve this problem.
Basically it is an automated message being looped over software that calls registered numbers with some sort of message. It may be a generic advertisement or something else that may actually be useful, like a doctors appointment reminder. The computer is hooked up to the phone and follows the instructions from the software.
