Nah, I'm only kidding

If you fractured a bone you want to keep it (splint it so it doesn't move) in a comfortable position and ice it before you go to the hospital and get X-Rays. EX: If you fractured a finger, you can use a Popsicle stick and tape your finger to it to illiminate movement. Always splint above and below the break.
If it's a really serious break, where one bone has actually 'split' and now there is two bones, it needs to be put back into place and splinted. This process is extremely painful.
Always ice a break to eliminate swelling, and minimize movement if you are lacking in materials to splint. After that, get a ride to the hospital or call an ambulance.
Firstly, If you can move it at all, it is not broken
If you cannot move it you should call The Ambulance Imediately and desribe the symptoms.
If it's a toe, tape it to the one next to it. Otherwise, see a doctor.
See a doctor, it may heal wrong if you don't
Immediately after breaking a bone you should visit an accident and emergency ward to get treated. There a doctor will assess the break and provide the best course of treatment for your break.

You cannot safely dive with a broken bone. If it is a leg bone, it could be very hard to swim during scuba diving. If you have a broken arm bone, you could have trouble getting out of something if you get stuck. It is really unsafe to dive with a broken bone. When I got SCUBA certified, I learned never to dive with a broken bone, and to stay out of the water.
