What do you do if you if you haven't received eBay items?

1) Go to the Ebay website

2) On the home page in the top right hand corner there is a link saying 'my ebay'. Click on it

3) At the left hand side of the 'my ebay' page there is a column and the first one will be 'buying'. Go to 'won'

4) Scroll down a bit on the 'won' page and there will be a list of everything you have bought recently

5) At the far right of the transaction heading, there is a scroll down menu. Open it and click on 'resolve a problem'

6) Follow the instructions from there
