First for the expansion. Have you had a really good look? I think you have to buy that disk again. If its a disc without a cover roaming around, its probably scratched and it wont work anyway.
Whats wrong with the disc? I remember my game wouldn't work because it kept freezing. If its a freezing problem reinstall the game. if its the disc, lots of video rental stores repair discs.
Well, I tried to install it on my laptop and it didn't work because it needed a different video card so maybe its the same with your computer. ! :)
You cant, you must have an original sims game to install a expansion pack.
They are supposed to be different. They add on to the game. You cannot use expansion packs without the original game.
Buy an expansion. That's the only legal way with no risk! If not, you can search for a no-CD crack.
Of course! they are expansion packs to the original sims 2... u can add all the expansion packs if u wanted ^_^
Fortunately, Sims Medieval is not an expansion pack. It will not require the original CD.
no... you need the original Sims 2 installed in order to play it... its an expansion, not a stand-alone expansion
no, i believe you have to have the first one since unleashed is expansion pack. and all expansion packs need the original game with few exceptions
Yes, because the expansion packs expand the original Sims 2. It goes together so to speak.
You can't, you need the base game to play expansion packs.
The Sims 2: Castaway is an expansion for the original game on the PSP where the Sims are shipwrecked. You can do woohoo in the game.
Yes. Each of the expansions for Sims 3 ( Late Night, Pets ... ) needs the original to run, with the exception of Sims 3 Medieval, which is a standalone expansion ( in short, an expansion which does not require the original game) Hope it helped :)
No, expansion packs are made especially for each version on the game (Sims 1-3), only expansions made for Sims 3 will work, ones for the original game are not compatible.
