Since you would don them the same way as male underwear, I will presume you are asking how to hide your male genitals while wearing panties. There are many commercially available products to accomplish this, they are called a genital hiding gaff.

Find a few comfortable pairs that you like. if you would rather not go to the store, talk to a female friend/relative and you can either borrow theirs or have them go to the store for you if that would be too embarrassing. After you get them, wear them confidently under your clothes. People probably won't notice them ( although the bra might be suspicious) anyway. As long as your happy it's no big deal.
