Contact your local law enforcement if it is very serious, but otherwise try to contact someone in charge at the hospital to see if they can get it dealt with. If they don't after two or three times, or if things get worse, then contact the police.
You report them to your supervisor avoid confronthing them as it will make you involved in the situation.
If your supervisor does nothing than talk to the police and any goverment department you think that can help.

But words that are similar to this word of slang is ride, cased, fry, burn, and roast. ALL THESE WORDS MEAN TO GET TALKED ABOUT VERY BADLY.
