Nothing it is just giving you an update on its memory.
It will do what it says, it will format (delete everything off) your flash drive. Just make sure you select the right one.
There may be hidden files or software for the flash drive that is taking up those 50 Mb. If you format the flash drive, it will delete all of the data and act as if you have never put anything on it before.
When a Pokemon has the move Flash, you go into Party, then select the Pokemon with Flash using the 'A' button and there should be an option that says "Flash". It is only usable in dark locations or within battle.
It is because you need to empty your recycling bin right after, you'll see all your waste gone

It all depends on how much RAM (Random Access Memory) you have. Windows 7 runs smooth with at least 2GB (Giga Bytes) of RAM. I personally have a small laptop with Windows 7 which only has 1GB of RAM and it still runs fine. But if you want your computer to have more RAM on Windows 7, simply insert an external flash drive into your computer that at least has 1GB available. After you insert it, a message on your computer will pop up asking you what you would like to do with the flash drive. One option says "Speed Up My System Using ReadyBoost". Click on that and another box should pop up. Click on the button that says "Dedicate this device to ReadyBoost" and click "Apply". As long as you have the flash drive in, you should have more RAM. I personally have an 8GB flash drive which I use with ReadyBoost and my laptop runs really fast!
The error can be something that you do not have of a flash drive or it is not available at that time if it does not work then i do not have any clue Hope this helps
a brief rush
its just like naming a folder. You have to: 1. left click on the drive once it has been located on the computer 2. underneath where it says 'create short cut' and above where it says 'properties' there is 'rename' 3. click on 'rename' and you are able to name it whatever you like
Contact the manufacturer of the device to see how the flashmem is stored and what software they are using to store it.
On my computer, there is a small slot that says MMC/SD over it. It should be near wear you insert a CD and next to wear you plug in a flash drive.
