I feed my dwarf aquatic frog a cube of frozen bloodworms every other day. The problem though, is that he's in a tank with a bunch of other fish, so the worms wouldn't make it down to him before getting devoured by the other fish. So I took a little hair clip (you know, the kind with hinges that you squeeze to open?) and put the frozen cube in there. This sinks the worms to the bottom of the tank. Then I just stand guard & make sure the other fish don't eat the worms before the frog has had some. It takes some effort, but this way I know he's eating.
African Dwarf Frogs spread from tropical, to subtropical areas.
