A computer's display will be seen zoomed mainly because of two reasons.
1)Small screen resolution : Go to control panel -> Double click on the display icon -> Go to the settings tab and change the screen resolution to a higher level.
2)Monitor settings: This setting can be adjusted using the keys on your monitor.
Make sure that you have installed the Graphic Drivers if it is a new computer.
im guessing this is for a laptop..what i do is put one finger on the mouse pad while another finger pulls towards it..
if its a desktop..use the mouse wheel (some laptops may have this wheel next to the mouse pad)
This will work on Windows 8 (and probably Windows 7). First open up File Explorer. Next, click on "Local Disk (C:)". Then loacte a file called "Windows". Once you open up that file locate a file named "System32", open that. Then single click any file and hit the "M" key to take you diretly to the files starting with the letter "M". You shold see a program named "Magnify". Open it and a box should surround your mouse. Ether a small window will apper for you to control the zoom or you will have to locate a transparent mignifying glass on your screen. I you see a mignifying glass click on it to open a window to control the zoom.
