That is a hard situation for you to be in. Go with you gut instinct - do what you think is best. I realize you feel you don't want to do anything to your parents marriage or hurt your mom but you also have to realize it is not you doing that to your mother - it is your father.
this happened to me the first step is to find proof tke videos of your dad with someone else make sure that he really is cheating on your mom. But if you cant then go with instinct if your dad isn't a dangerous person talk to him first if he is talk to your mom then the police hope i helped

Although a threesome is not a moral thing to do the sexual conduct is private between your friend's parents as long as the threesome act is not done in your friend's home. Your friend could confront her parents letting them know what she has overheard and discuss the matter or, she can just leave the privacy of her parent's sex life private and ignore the issue.
