Just do whatever you can. Hang in there. They are just trying to help you become the most successful person that they can. They believe that it will help you in the long term. It could be far worse. What if they didn't care how you turned out, how you acted, or who you dated? Be honest with yourself - it wouldn't feel cool. It would be rather hurtful, because it would mean that they don't care.
