You should try syncing it. You have to press the red button on the back your Wii Remote and in your consle. It's in that little door and you push those buttons at the same time. It didn't work for me, but it might work for you. :) If not press one and two at the same time. But if these don't work, get it checked out.
Press the A button to reconnect it. If nothing happens, replace the batteries. If the lights flash but it doesn't reconnect, first make sure the game isn't blocking it (go to the main menu or the Home menu and try again). If the remote isn't synched with the console, press HOME on any remote that is synched with the console, click on Wii Remote Settings > Reconnect, then press 1 and 2 together.
in the front of the wii where the sd card goes in the pannel there is a red button and on the back of the wii remote where the batteries go in there is a small red button if you press both of them at the same time then wait a minute it shoud program the remote to be insink with the wii. you must do this while the wii is turned on
If the remote is broken like has holes in it or broken in half something like that, then buy another, if it just isn't working and seems like nothing is wrong with it then replace the batteries, if the arrow is going all over the place on the screen and u rnt doing anything then either back away from the screen or get closer to the screen. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!
Try changing the batteries. If this doesn't work, try later; the Wii Remote just may have a temporary problem.

You either replace the batteries if you already even tried or take to the store and have them fix it.
