What do you do in My Sims DS?

Well you try to build an old town up again. You have to get it to 5 stars again. During the game you have to go on searches and adventures. Out of 5 points, I would give it a 4. The reason is because it is really fun but at sometimes it stresses you out or you get bored right when you get on. I finished the game in about 2 months. Playing maybe 1-3 times a week. Basically you go around town talking to sims. They assign you tasks to complete, and you complete these tasks in order to gain stars to your town. You basically build houses and furniture (according to a blueprint that's given to you) that the sims in the town want. You then deliver it to the building they are residing in, and become friends with them. (If you give them lots of stuff they will become your friends and give you stuff in return such as new blueprints and accessories for your house.)

But you should also try the PC game, which is way better than The Sims for the Wii. I tried it at my cousin's house and it is pretty pointless because it's just the same all the time -- build, talk, find essences, build, talk, find essences. The characters are really tiny and stubby and the Sim you act as has no basic personalitiy.

The Sims on PC is less pointless -- you basically just have to keep the Sim family living joyfully, and no day is ever the same. When you create a family, you can give Sims different personalities -- try reading the instructions manual!!! Hope this helps!!!

On The Sims 3 you can do many things.

You can have just a normal family.

You can cheat on people.

You can run around and have woohoo with whoever you want.

You can be gay, lesbian, straight, bi-sexual, whatever.

You can eat froglegs in paris. (with the adventures expansion pack)

and much much more.
