It varies depending which branch you are in, however certain things are universal in bootcamp. You will get in better physical shape through group physical training (PT), learn weapons (obviously marines and army will have more extensive weapons training and navy, air force, coast guard will have very basic, short weapons training time). You will learn the history, traditions, customs, and mannerisms of your military branch. One of the most important thing that will happen is you will learn how to operate as a team member, and how to look out for your fellow service members. Through all of this you will learn discipline and respect. These are the most universal things that will occur at bootcamp, and your days will be filled with learning, studying, and applying all of these things and more.
