When you enter the altering cave,you won't see any legendary pokemon(suppose to be,you will see the legendary `Dialga`)unless you will go to pallet town and talk to the fat guy, he will give you a `Totoy Brown`stuff toy but you must give him first a `uyap` or `ginamos`.You can find a `uyap` and `ginamos` at the `Naga Market Center` near the central school. And after you bought one trade it to the fat guy :D Enjoy finding the Naga Market Center
