on the side where the woman lost it, go to the exit gate(do not go in) go up two steps and it is on your right. It doesn't matter though because she only gives you a white flute,which makes Pokemon more likely to come to you yeah but, once you get every flute you combine them for a chance to fight Garitina, Dialga, and Palkia, which you can catch, but if you already have 1 of them that 1 won't appear, hope this helps
