first you got to go to celadon city and go to the game corner. there is a rocket member by a poster. defeat him and click the poster. go in and find giovani ( first the elevator key ) then you go to the place where dead Pokemon are ( lavander town ) then go to saffron city and go to the silph building and defeat Giovanni on top with the president. then the rockets leave and you can go inside.
