What do you do to find Uxie Mesprit and Azelf?

Better have a lot of ultra balls. Go to the other lakes, not verity yet, go in the middle to the islands and catch uxie and azelf. then go to lake verity and do the same thing, but she'll get away and rowan will come and then you chase mesprit around. See answer to "How to catch mesprit?"

Make sure you have these...

-About 30 ultra balls

-Pokemon that can paralize or make foe fall asleep

- Pokemon with surf

-and patience

All you do is go to lake Acuity, surf to the middle island, go in and up to the Pokemon standing in the middile, and hit A. You will then battle it, get its HP down as low as you can but don't kill it! If you do, you wont ever see it again. Try to throw alot of ultra balls or dusk balls(either will work). then go to the other lake Valor. Do the same thing. When you get to lake verity, you will have to chase mesprit all around Sinnoh, don't fly to where it is! It will run away when you get close, you can track it on your poketech
