Well to start you need to be a legal citizen or other legal papers that allow you to be in the country (ex.work visa) of the United State's what ever country your signing up for). In America you need to have graduated High School or got a GED along with 15 College hours. If you have these things you find the local recruiter of what ever branch you want to join and they can guide you from there. (If you have GED you need to do really well on ASAVB or else its difficult to get in I suggest you study now).
