It's actually quite simple. The only reason it seems hard is because you're being timed. But, there's a cheat to that. As soon as you get stuck in the sauna, keep pounding [clicking] on the door. Keep this up until the game claims that Nancy has fainted.
Now go over to where the pipes are and you have all the time in the world to connect them. :]

∙ 14y agoIf you have not seen/heard about Lou's snowshoes, go to his room and look around (you have a maid's key after all!) There are some snowshoes lying on a chair. Go downstairs and ask him if you could borrow them for a while. Ge will say no. Even though he says no, its still vital that you ask him.
Walk around to that Display with all the pictures and things. Notice the Snowshoes with the lock on them. Great. Another puzzle. Since the Lodge belongs to Chantal, she owns those snowshoes in the display. Go call her and ask her for the combination to that lock on the snowshoes. She will say that she wants you to do something for Tino before she gives you that combo. A survey. It will be faxed to you. Call Tino and talk a little bit. Then get the survey out and look at the questions..... very obscure no doubt.
One of the questions is "What planet does the perp. most identify with?" Just go ask around. For the question about what side of bed they get up on, in the morning, use you're maid key and go check it out. If Lupe has left to go home, call her and ask. As for the home towns, just look in the Computer Log at the Front Desk. For the Paprika, when cooking, put a dose of it in every body's food. Once you are done cooking, Ollie will mention not to put paprika in certain guest's food. Tada!
Once you are done, call Tino and have him turn his fax machine on. Fax it to him, and if you got it all right he will give you the combo to the snowshoe case. Good luck and happy snooping!
