If you like her, you should flirt back. Be sure to look her in the eye, and smile. During a conversation be sure to direct some questions at her, so that she knows that you're interested in knowing more about her. Depending on how well you know her, it may be appropriate to go beyond just eye contact; touch her arm, playfully (and gently) push her, or if you're incredibly daring brush a piece of hair out of her eyes. If you are walking be sure to open doors for her as you go. Next time you see her be sure to say hi, even if it's just a quick wave in the hallway.
