What do you do when your friends are talking about you behind your back?

Ignore them. Stay away from them. This will show them that it does not bother you and that you are a bigger person then them. This will also show them that whatever they are saying doesn't bother you and eventually they will stop doing it when they see that words don't hurt you.

∙ 14y agoAsk them about it. Ask them in a nice tone, don't go to them with a negative attitude or tone, talk to them, ask them what you did, and why they said it. If its one of your friends, then their not really your friends if their talking about you behind your back.

∙ 12y agoWell personally I would not talk to that person anymore, and just stop being friends with that person.
Another perspective:If I had solid evidence that the person did this, and what was said, I would approach that person and confront them privatley. I would let the person know how cowardly and pathetic such action is, and challenge him/her to confront me directly in the future, assuring him/her that if they repeated the offense again, I would confront him/her is as public a venue as possible, in as loud a voice as possible, in as humiliating a manner as possible for him/her.
