What do you do when taking Prince Ralis to Kakariko village in Twilight Princess?

Firstly, you will have to defeat a large orc on the bridge. He is riding a bull-like thing, and has two large shields on either side of his body. Make sure that before you get on the bridge you have a lot of arrows. Set Epona into a trot on one side of the bridge, and aim your arrows at his stomach area (if you have the Hawkeye, this can come in handy as well). When you hit him, just get to the other side without being slammed off the bridge. I would also recommend having a potion at hand just in case (since every time you are hit off of the bridge, you lose a whole heart). Repeat this process approximately 3 times. When he goes flying off of the bridge, you will get a key, and this will get you to the next stage.
Once again, make sure you have plenty of arrows. If you are on the Wii, equip your bow and arrow on 'B', and the Gale boomerang on one of the other places where you can quickly whip it out. Follow behind the wagon trying not to get hit by the archers. If the wagon catches on fire, lock onto it with 'Z', switch the Gale boomerang onto 'B' and hit it to blow the flame out. Don't let the wagon burn down; keep an eye on the top part of the screen which will show whether or not the wagon is on fire, and how much it has spread. Unlock the next gate, and quickly run to Epona (since Telma does not wait for you).
For the Hyrule Field part, make sure you prioritize hitting the birds down! If you don't destroy the birds, Telma will just keep driving in circles. If you can, lock onto them with your bow and arrow (you have to be somewhat close) and hit it. You may even have to hit the bird with your sword. Whatever you do, just destroy the birds. Also keep an eye on the wagon (which will be fine unless it gets set on fire). I would try to stay in the vicinity of the cart, which will be constantly under attack by birds and riders on horseback (... bullback?) with flaming arrows. Feel free to ride up and slice at the riders, but they will keep returning, so there isn't much point focusing on them.
