Check all possible power sources to the unit, Circuit breaker ,local on/off switches, emergency on/off switches if present, cabinet cover interlock switches on the indoor unit and lastly the fuses in the local disconnect switch near the condenser. If everything is closed and you have power to both units indoors and out and still have nothing, it`s time to call somebody.
As often as its needed to get the room set to your set tempature.
A thermostat has an Auto position and an On position for the fan's operation. In the On position the switch between Red circuit on the thermostat and the Green circuit is closed, this energizes a fan relay that closes a normally open switch and energizes high/cool speed. On the other hand, the fan relays normally closed switch will go through a time or temp delay, or time and temp delay, that is what controls low/heat speed fan operation. If in cooling you must use the On position to get the fan to run your thermostats bad.
If you mean the nightclub's air conditioner on game show island, then you don't have to fix it. You have to go to the factory (all the way on the left) and turn on its power. One of the factory employees gives you a fan, and you use that fan on the manager of the nightclub.
You have to get the toolkit to get past the security guard. But there is no air conditioner to fix. Go back outside, and far left to the factory. There is an electrical problem to fix, and they will give you a fan when you fix it. Not only does the fan let you "fly" but it can cool off the robot club owner as he asked.
Check the plug that comes from the fan. They have been known to unplug or just go bad. It is located under the dash on the passenger side. Turn on air cond. Fan then wiggle the plug and see if it comes on.
its probably the dual air conditioning door lever the little motors go bad or its the control switch on your console
1. A bad compressor. 2. A bad condenser fan. 3. Heat. 4. Old age...........
Make sure that there is no cover on the unit outside, check the AIR filter. Make sure it is clean, then go to the thermostat and turn it to cool, fan on auto and turn it down.
Before taking the dash apart check the resistor. I have a 97 Dakota & it is located under the cowl. That resistor controls the fan speeds. You can check the switch using the resistor connecter. Pull connecter off resistor & use a 12 volt test light. Turn ign on & check for voltage at connecter on each fan speed. Have voltage then it is the resister or fan. (you can run a jumper wire from battery to fan to check it) No voltage then you go to the switch/wires etc. 95% of time it is the resistor.
A split air conditioner can be bought from SnapDeal, Amazon and HarveyNorman for example. A split air conditioner is sometimes preffered to a window air conditioner as it tends to be more efficient.
your air conditioner does not have a fan. you have a cooling fan, a blower motor for the passenger compartment, and a compressor clutch. i don't know which one your talking about. but if it is the electric fan for the cooling system behind the radiator then there is either an overheating issues, or a short causing the fan actuate. if it is a blower motor for the air vents. more than likely the blower motor or resistor is going bad. if it is the compressor clutch "fast cycling" then you are low on refrigerant and probably on your way to a really expensive repair. You should leave your air conditioner set on 80 degrees when you go away on vacations. I you have a programmable thermostat for your air conditioner set it to lower the temperature to 70 right before you get home.
