It depends if your boss is not married, yes you are allowed to like him/her even falling in love with person. But and I mean but id this boss of yours is married, stop, look and listen to your conscience because if you pursue this you will help him destroy the family and your life to.

easiest way is to go out for a couple of drinks with the person first in a group setting then gradually just the two of you and start spending alone time then it will happen if it is meant to happen. But it all depends on what kind of person your boss is, whether he is already interested in you, or if he is married, in which case, it wasn't meant to happen.

Going out for drinks in public with others is good, but you can be coy and do other things too like drop hints, and maybe a back/shoulder rub, sitting on the desk might help with a short skirt (but no fat thighs) if he is a guy, but that might be a bit cliche.

It is only fair that you discuss this issue with your wife, is she aware of your feelings for another man, is this the first time for you or has this happened before, there are many, many questions here for you tocontemplate if your feelings persist for your boss, and are they being returned, then it is high time that you come to grips with your sexuality and come clean with your wife, get divorced so she can get on with her life and find happiness with another man if she wishes., if this is a flash in the pan , try and seek counselling either alone or with your wife, especially if there are children involved.

That's really a tough question. I guess it would depend on how much you really like your job and how much you really like your boss. If you don't like your job that much then I say quit and there's no drama or back draw from it. But if you really like your boss and really like your job.That's a problem. I would say leave it alone in that case,because it will turn out a disaster in the end.

Job policy is usually; no dating other employees, especially if he is married, you don't want to get evolved, believe me. If, you can't control your feelings, quit your job, it's that simple.
