This is what i did just leave each of them in one room for an hour and take the door up so they cant get out they will learn after they've been in one room for a while.

Or you can press Cntrl + Shift + C to open the cheat menu. Type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true into the bar and exit the bar. From there you should be able to drag their relationships bar up to the top, and make them like each other (this can be used on anyone).
If you can't drag the relationships bar up (this happens to me) you might need to go onto options and make at least one change e.g. Object Hiding on/off and save those changes in order for it to work (just make a change in the options and save it for the cheat to work.
You can also not only drag relationship levels up but you can drag up their skill, needs, personality (simology, e.g. Playful), interests bars up or down or max or low, at any level you want it to. Use the boolprop exactly as it is here:
boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true
