Sometimes a cool or warm compress on the forehead can help (temperature depends on the severity of the headache) Lie down in a cool, dark, room. There's also the ever famous nap. But if all else fails- Ibpropuen helps.
If you lie down for a while and close your eyes it will help. The lack of light will
help. Massage your temples in a circular motion. Relax for a few minutes.

∙ 13y agoYou have to just try and put your mind off the Headache. Call a friend, play Video Games, count to 100. Or just wait Until the Headache goes away ( Waiting for the Headache I think is really hard because it take's long, well, it does for me)

If this headache is different from any others that you have had, or you are concerned about it, you need to see a doctor. If it is an emergency, get to an emergency room. If it is not an emergency, the best doctor to see for appropriate diagnosis and treatment of headache disorders is usually a headache specialist. There are about 300 of them in the US.
