- It depends on how long ago the breakup was and if your ex has someone else. If you know they are not dating someone else then phone them (don't text them) and see if they would like to meet you somewhere quiet so you can communicate to them how you feel about them. Some people make hasty mistakes and instead of communicating concerns with the person they are with they breakup and realize they still love that person. If you have feelings of love for them then pick up that phone.
