What do you do when you think you and your boyfriend need a break but love him too much to break up with him?

Feelings on a break up are complicated, you can still love someone but not be "In Love" with them. You should sit down and make a list of the things that obviously annoy you, then make a list of all the things you like about him. If the list is 50 50 then think long and hard about if you want to break. Sit him down and tell him how you are feeling, if he cares about you he will listen and work with you to improve your relationship. If the list of bad FAR out ways the good, then you need to go to him and say something like "I am sorry, I love you but I just can't see this working."
If the list is in favour of you staying with him then think about your commitment issue's, are you scared that you feel so strongly for him that has the ability to hurt you more?
Breakups are never easy even when both people agree it should end. Its a choice only you can make.

All your boyfriend is trying to do is tell/show how much he loves and care for you, which i don't think is a bad thing. I can agree it might be annoying if he does it all the time, but i think you guys need to talk & work this thing out. I don't think its an issue so big that you have to break up..... unless if there is something else about him that you don't like.
