The best thing you can do when a Hamster Gives Birth is to:
1. Remove the Male Dwarf Hamster. ( If female Dwarf Hamster gave Birth )
2. Just add some extra bedding.
3. Lower the Water Bottle Height so the pups can reach it.
4. Add some pieces of Toilet Paper and have some extra food given.
5. Place a Hot Water Sack Below the Cage to keep it Warm.

Well first of all keep the cage somewhere warm.Next do not open the cage unless feeding time,Keep the cage out of children's reach so that they don´t disturb her.Do not clean the cage until the pups reach 2 weeks of age.Never touch the pups ,unless you want your hamster mother to eat them.If you have 2 hamsters and one had babies put the second hamster away immediately.
Why would my hamster eat her pups?
A mother hamster can eat her pups when:
there is not enough space for more hamsters
when you don´t give her enough feed
when she is threatened
when you touch her pups
After 2 weeks ?
Remember you can sell the pups when they reach 4 weeks of age. After two weeks you will have to change their bedding and wash the cage you can but you will have to for the awful smell.
4 weeks?
you can sell them to a pet center or shop or just give them for free. But never ever let a hamster go free.Freedom can be great and Humans thing Freedom is best of all for animals but in a case of a dog or cat or horse, unfortunately hamsters are desert animals and if you live somewhere where it rains a lot or the temperature is under 22 degrees it will die of cold, and if you are somewhere above 22 degrees and it does not rain the hamster will die even then for a cat can eat it or anything else(carnivore). So better don´t think about letting your hamsters go.....
first, lower the water bottle so the hamsters can reach it, then put a heating pack near the cage so the babies don't get to cold. Then put paper towels or newspaper in the cage. When the babies are a few days old put the mother in another cage or she will attack or eat the babies.
If you can, prep a few days ahead of time. Make sure her cage is very clean, and she has fresh food and water. Give her some soft bedding to use in her nesting area. Be sure she is the only hamster in the cage. If she is kept with any others, they will need to be moved to another cage. Move her cage to a warm and quiet area of the house. Once she has starting having the babies, leave her totally alone. Don't touch her. Don't mess with her for several days, outside of making sure her basic needs for food, water, and hygiene are met.
video tape it and upload it on YouTube where others can enjoy watching your hamster go through intense pain
ive already told you twice now, dont make me do it again
I suggest you give the hamsters away because it's too hard to take care of to many hamsters

a baby hamster
A hamster is a mammal because it gives birth to live young and suckles them.
no... ..female is very protective of her young and will beat up on the male. They should be separated after the mother gives birth.
Well a hamster can go into heat right after she gives birth.
They give birth. They're mammals, not birds.
u should get redy by giving her plenty of protein a nest box and clean the cage really well before she gives birth
No, it's your choice.
Probably not...
take out the other hamster because it could destress themom or the other male/female could kill the young.
you should wait a bit. I think you should....... wait a couple of days or something i dont know im just a child u know?
When your female hamster gives birth and you still have the male in the same cage, your female hamster may get pregnant in a matter of days. if not, hours.
It is always best to separate the male hamster when a female gives birth. Baby hamsters are born pink and blind. At approximately 3 weeks of age, separation of males and females is recommended.
