You need to keep the dogs separated until you can work this out, if ever. You may have to keep them separated for the rest of their lives. You need to do lots of obedience work with the one who did the injuring. Go to a local Obedience class near you with your dog. Take him or her on lots of walks on a 6 foot leash & choke chain. Measure around your dog's neck then add 2" for the length of choke chain needed. Only keep the choke chain on your dog when walking him or training him, then take off. Try after awhile walking the 2 dogs together, one on each side of you or have a friend walk one while you walk the other. You need to be very dominant over the one who injured the other one and let him or her know you are the leader of this pack. Make sure both are neutered or spayed.
