What i would do is go ask him if he is still into her and he most likely will say no. But if he says that he is kinda attracted to her or just is attracted to her the ask him would he rather be with her than u and if he says no then what i would do is tell him that he needs to stop flirting with her if he really wants to be with me.

Tell him straight to his face no matter who is around you to 'get lost' and do not enable his behavior. You ex boyfriend has a big ego so don't be part of it.
