If you ever have a friend who threatens to kill themselves, you should not try to handle it yourself. Let the professionals take over. You should either take them to the hospital or call an ambulance. They might be threatening just to get attention, but they might also be serious. Only a professional psychiatrist can tell for sure, so let them handle things.
