If you turn the tooth to the left, and then pull it should pop right out! take a warm teabag and put it over where you lost the tooth, and it will clear out any blood, and sooth the pain of the gum. do not swish water in your mouth, or put ice on it, because that just causes more bleeding. If it is a baby tooth, then most likely. If it is a permanent tooth you should see your dentist right away.
Do NOT (I repeat NOT) pull it out. If it's still in, it can be saved. Get to the dentist very soon, though.

A new tooth should not affect a filled tooth. If the filled tooth is tbeing replaced it will just fall out and the new tooth takes its place. If the new tooth is adjacent to or opposite the filled tooth it has no effect.
