What do you do with a wobbly back tooth Its really annoying you and it quite sore?

One of the biggest pieces of missing information here is if it is a "baby tooth" or an "adult tooth."
If it is a baby tooth, give it a day or two. It will probably come out on its own. If it doesn't, and it continues to be sore, you may need to take the child to the dentist to make sure there are no complications.
If it is an adult tooth, you need to go to the dentist for sure. The roots are either deteriorated or broken. There is likely an infection going on. It will need to be repaired or removed. Antibiotics will be needed for sure.
