if you filed a 2008 tax return how much would your stimulus check be?
No
No.
Sure. Most people can get their 2007 refunds until April 15, 2011. But it is too late to get the stimulus check based on your 2007 tax return that was mailed in 2008. If you did not get your stimulus check, you have a second chance to get a stimulus check based on your 2008 return which you are filing in 2009.

Will I receive a stimulus check?
When a stimulus check being sent out
No application was needed as the government granted it to certain groups. The only people who got it were certain people on Social Security and some other programs that missed out on the 2008 one. Those people had it included in a monthly deposit several months ago (in 2008).Generally, there isn't one for 2009 for anyone who received one in 2008.
There isn't going to be a check based on your 2008 return unless you didn't get the maximum stimulus based on your 2007 return. If you didn't get the maximum based on your 2007, you may be entitled to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2008 return. The Recovery Rebate Credit will reduce the balance due on your 2008 return or increase the refund due. This year's stimulus is going out to Social Security, Railroad Retirement, and Veteran's Disability recipients only and is not based on your 2008 return.
