Non-members: Simply chuck them away, along with any "Broken Arrows" or "Damaged Armour" you may have or find, they have no use.

Members: Damaged equipment can be taken to your house or a friends and fixed on a repair stand so that they have more use, this also works for barrows equipment ( can be repaired at a cheaper rate depending on your smithing level ) other damaged equipment will be repaired more successfully if you have a higher smithing level.
Note: assist option won't work here, damaged equipment is free to repair here exept barrows.
broken armour is a item you can pickpocket from a h.a.m member in a trapdoor in the field with goblins behind the lummy genral store. broken armour has no porpose and is usles and soa re rusty swords. by space bar15 ( my runescape name look me up. )
get it from shop in huop

You can repair them at a Player Owned House.
You can get a rusty sword from pickpocketing h.a.m. members in their dungeon near lumby castle. It requires level 15 or 20 theiving.
on the "Crossed Swords" Icon, look at the top of the menu.
just use that option under the crossed swords.
