trade it for the armor magnetiser at the magacorp armory.trade it with the geeky kid that likes Quark, you can find him near bit whair the tractor bean is needed, go through the door that leads you in to that bit, turn left, then right and then in the room witch you should now be in, there is a lift, opposite the lift and up there is an exit, to get up there use the tractor bean platforms to get up to the exit, then go along the path-destoroy the robot that appears, continue walking and you should find the boy (trade it with him). PS- in the small building to the right of the boy there is a platinum bolt.

You mean Hover Board. You can get the Hover Board if you win the Hover Board challenge you have to came first. If you win Captain Quark gives it to you or Skid Mac Marks one of them.
