Push the trash can onto the low side of the seesaw (on the right of the school by the big pine tree). Then climb the the pine tree (pick up the paper there) and jump off, onto the high side of the seesaw. Sometimes the trash can won't go far enough, so you might have to jump off from a lower position. Once the can gets to the ledge of the school, push it under the open window and enter it to chase Manny out.
