Generally speaking, if you properly vaporized it, most of the active ingredient has been removed and all that remains is the plant material. Many people report that they smoke it or re-vaporize it when they are out of herb. That's why we started calling what we throw away as "revap" . Some people use it in brownies or add it to fish and chicken dishes for flavor. It's actually kinda good as a flavoring . Personally I don't re-use it or cook with a lot of it . I found the way it made me feel to be quite unpleasant because it's mostly toxins and tars. If you are concerned that you are throwing away good material, just make sure you vaporize it till the taste changes and the material is well browned.
