If it is just a weekend your pig will be fine providing you leave plenty of water, pig chow and a giant pile of hay.
More than that though, you should find someone to pig sit, or at the least come in and care for your pig every day or so. Pigs are social animals so they like to be around people so even a different home will be less stressful then being alone for days on end. Additionally, take care if your vacation is in the summer and you turn off your air. Guinea pigs get overheated easily and will die.
