Find a good, reputable small animal boarding. Contact your local advertising online service or paper and you're sure to find one. Make sure you visit before you leave them; check they know what they are doing and have adequate accommodation. Ask questions! If you're not happy don't leave them with them and be careful of owners who offer small animal boarding alongside a cattery or dog kennels; this can be extremely stressful for guinea pigs and rabbits and probably means the owner is doing it for money not love! Check yell.com or http://bunnywarren.webs.com for more ideas.
I think it's best to leave your guineas at home and contact a trusted friend to feed them at their meal time/s. That's what we do and we've had guinea pigs for six years and they're all pretty healthy. A brand new place might scare them.
Hope I helped!
