firstly, you should raise your approval rating to 100% by doing various chores around miscellania. you can mine coal, chop maple trees, or weed the gardens. once you get to 100%, talk to advisor ghrim. the "how is the kingdom faring?" option should allow you to see how your efforts are being distributed. from this screen, you can deposit money in your coffers ( i recommend at least 250k), set your workers to various tasks (such as farming herbs, cutting trees, mining, or fishing.) after you've set them to work on whatever you want to collect, its tmie to walk away and do other stuff. come back a day later, and your workers will have collected some resources for you.

There are 2 flails in runescape. Verac's flail can be obtained as a reward from the barrows minigame (or bought from players). the verac flail has gone up from pvp so its around 130-140k (130000-140000 coins) my guess would be that it will go down to 100k again later on. The other flail is the Ivandis flail which is made during the "Legacy of Seergaze" quest and is the "only" weapon that can damage Vyrewatch creatures.
Runescape updates usually occur on Mondays, or during the Weekdays.
Fist of Guthix tokens are received from the Fist of Guthix minigame at the Gamer's Grotto in RuneScape. The factors involved in deciding how many tokens you get per game include your total level and how many charges you managed to get during the game. If you lose or tie with a player, then you will get between 1 to 3 tokens for your effort while if you leave without finishing the game by either logging out or using the portal, you will get 0 tokens. The tokens can be traded in for rewards with the rewards trader at the Fist of Guthix minigame lobby. Many skillers like the gloves that are sold here as the boosted experience rates attract many players to compete in the Fist of Guthix minigame.
