The best thing to do if you are not worried about your weight what so ever would be chocolate because it's soothing and full of caffeine. Coffee and anything else caffeinated and full of sugar are also great choices. But natural fruit is really the best, like strawberries and peaches and don't feel bad if you put some whipped cream on top! Feel better because you feel sad:(
