An important task when working with customers is collecting their information. With the ability to contact your customers you can retain down and sell them additional products.
Not necessarily. Many sales people have to put up with rude, demanding customers. While many customers are pleasant and polite, there are some who are extremely demanding, rude and difficult to please. Sales people are also on their feet most of the day, which can get quite uncomfortable at times. In addition to working with customers, they also have to keep the stock in neat order, refolding garments, replacing items that were misplaced, etc. But for those who enjoy working with people, it can be an enjoyable, rewarding job, especially if they also get a commission on sales.
If someone is working to live means that they have to work to earn money to pay their bills and get the things they need in life and to be able to do things they enjoy. If they are living to work, then they are working because they enjoy the work and spend most of their time working with little time for other things they enjoy.
One of most important consider is to listen the customer especially if there is an issue or concern on product/service.
