Well an embryo is a egg until 8 weeks after fertalization then its called a fetus. SO normally when it dies without being fertilized or had been fertilized but died before it reached 8 weeks then it would be like a regualr period. Now if you mis carried when it was a couple months you would have sharp pains and also start hemmoraging which you can't ignore, bleeding may stop but if you leave the dead stuff inside of you it could effect your chance of having another child and cause you in some way harm or the next child to come
*First im a girl and I have went through loads of sexual reproduction classes, and my mom and sister have miscarried *

No. The tube do not stretch and will break when the embryo grows. The embryo then dies. The mother will die if this is not taken care of.
Mifepristone (RU486) is given to you by the doctor so the embryo dies. The next day he gives you Misoprostol so the embryo and lining of the uterus comes out and completes the abortion.
Re-absorption is when the female's body breaks down and uses the embryo's body, usually occurring when the body determines that it is not pregnant. The zygote dies because it is being absorbed into the females body.
