Assuming you mean Adamant, Lustrous and Grisious Orbs, they are given to you because there is no way to import them from the 4th Gen games. They are Dialga, Palkia and Giratina's hold items (though any Pokemon can use them) and it's just their way of having them in the 5th gen games, for anyone who wants to transfer those legendaries.
